01 · Point schedule

02 · BOQ structure
Each line identifies the device code, description, quantity, unit price and installation scope. Example quantities and codes must be replaced by the approved design.
03 · Functional testing
- Manual switching and each agreed scene
- Local behaviour without internet, where specified
- Power recovery and safe restart behaviour
Status: not tested — this is an example checklist.
04 · Handover register
As-built drawings, cable schedules, agreed project backups, access credentials delivered securely, warranty documents and user training. Final deliverables are listed in the contract.
