AC pricing assumes an IR-compatible split unit. VRF, fan coils and thermostats need equipment-specific integration. Lock installation and integration are reviewed separately.

What is included in this estimate?

Assumptions & price sources

This is an estimate from supplied price lists, not a current quotation. Supply pricing includes the configured uplift; services are 30% of equipment supply. No additional VAT has been calculated: tax treatment must be confirmed with the final quote.

Civil works, new electrical wiring, distribution enclosures, network upgrades, fixtures and unpriced items are excluded. Final quantities, compatibility, loads, coverage and availability require a plan/site review.
